Winning by a large margin, Chatfield bested Kingsland 39 to 6 at Chatfield High School in Chatfield on Friday. Neither team managed to put points on the board in the first quarter. Chatfield added 26 straight points in the second quarter to break the tie and take the lead. The half ended with Chatfield on top 26 to 0. In the third quarter Chatfield scored 13 unanswered points to keep in the lead. Kingsland chalked up 6 straight points in the fourth quarter but it was not enough to close the gap, so they lost the game.

Chatfield continued their current win streak of four games and ended up with a unblemished record of 5-0. Kingsland ended the game with a record of 1-4.
