Chisholm defends against the pass to get the narrow victory

In a tight contest, Chisholm won against Bigfork 32 to 28 at Chisholm Sports Complex in Chisholm on Friday. Neither team managed to get on the scoreboard in the first quarter. The second quarter was also scoreless. Neither offense could find a way score in the 3rd quarter either. In the final quarter, with defenses wearing down, Chisholm outscored Bigfork 32 to 28 and took the lead to claim the late win.

Chisholm's offensive effort was enough for the win.

Bigfork's offensive performance was greater overall, but lacked in scoring. Zac Lovdahl rushed for 137 yards with 24 carries. Lovdahl ran for a TD. Struggling, Tyler Grover connected for only 39 yards with 2 of 5 passes completed. Andrew Anderson made one grab for 30 total yards.

Bigfork's defense did their best to hold off Chisholm. They managed to force two fumbles and also snatched up three fumbles. They picked off Chisholm once.

Bigfork suffered their first loss and ended the game with a record of 1-1.
