In a shutout game, Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity triumphed over Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa H.S. 34 to zero at Bulldog Field in Lester Prairie on Friday. Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity racked up 6 points to jump in to the lead in the first quarter. Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity added 8 points in the second quarter and held on to its lead. Halftime saw Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity on top 14 to 0. It would prove to be too much for Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa H.S.. In the third quarter Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity scored 6 points to keep in the lead. Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity scored 14 points in the fourth quarter piling on and winning the game.

The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa H.S. offense was outclassed.
