Kohl DeGroot, a senior wide receiver for Raiders, with possible fractured jaw
Kohl DeGroot, a senior wide receiver for the Northfield Raiders, was transfered to Northfield Hospital during Friday's homecoming game at Memorial Field after being thrown to the ground, possibly fracturing his jaw, team officials said.
DeGroot, running with the ball, was tackled by a Chanhassen Storm player and thrown to the ground hard, hitting his head.
Officials immediately stopped the game when DeGroot didn't get up.
