And the winner is...MN Football Hub offensive Top Performer revealed

Top performer winner

Cole Sanow, Minneota. The junior running back averaged 11.6 yards per carry on 19 attempts, scoring four touchdowns on 220 total rushing yards in a 47-16 win over Springfield. 

Top performer candidates

JD Bates, Sauk Rapids-Rice. The senior running back, who leads the Storm with 785 rushing yards through six games this season, ran for a season-high 273 yards and three touchdowns in a 34-6 win over St. Cloud Tech. 

Derric Bergman, Spring Lake Park. Bergman started the Panthers' scoring by taking a kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown. The senior running back then scored three more TDs on 203 rushing yards and averaged 11.3 yards per carry in a 47-13 win over North St. Paul.

Aidan Bouman, Buffalo. The junior quarterback threw four first-half touchdown passes and added three more in the second half to lead the Bison to a 70-42 victory over Cambridge-Isanti. Bouman, who leads all quarterbacks in the state in completions (161), passing yards (2,213) and passing touchdowns (28), racked up 470 passing yards in the win.

Jake Breitbach, Robbinsdale Armstrong. Breitbach led the Falcons to a 42-16 win over Bloomington Jefferson behind his third 300-yard showing of the season. The junior quarterback went 10-for-18 for 210 passing yards and three touchdowns. He added three rushing touchdowns on 122 yards.

Brian Curtis Jr., Lakeville North. The senior running back scored every Panther touchdown and averaged nearly 13 yards per carry, as he ran for a season-high 293 yards and scored a season-high five touchdowns. The Panthers defeated Maple Grove 33-18. 

Eli Samuelson, Cedar Mountain-Comfrey. The senior quarterback led the Cougars to a 55-20 win over MACCRAY with over 400 total yards, including four touchdowns on 222 passing yards and two more touchdowns on 213 rushing yards. 

Alex Folz, Spring Grove. Folz accounted for all of the Lions' points in a 35-17 win over Houston. The senior quarterback threw for two touchdowns on 217 yards, rushed for three more on 176 yards, kicked three extra points, and completed one two-point conversion attempt. 

Ben Greenberg, Blaine. The senior kicker was responsible for almost half of the Bengals' points in a 22-13 win over Centennial, as he made three field goals — his longest at 38 yards — and converted on his only extra point attempt.

Cooper Hansen, Russell-Tyler-Ruthton. Hansen had a dominant night on both sides of the ball and his most productive offensive outing of the season during a 45-24 win over Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda. The senior quarterback threw for 276 yards and four touchdowns and added 137 yards and two more TDs on the ground.
