When a team faces a three-time defending state champion, it likely enters the game as a huge underdog. Osseo, however, may have some hope entering its matchup with the Class 6A powerhouse Eden Prairie, No. 1 in the first Associated Press state high school football poll, this week.

The Eagles (3-0) were in unfamiliar territory last week against Eastview when they had to play from behind. Eden Prairie trailed until Will Rains' fourth-quarter touchdown run put the Eagles ahead and helped secure the comeback victory. During Eden Prairie's 12-0 season last year, the team won every game by at least 14 points.

Osseo (1-1) is hoping to bounce back after surrendering a fourth-quarter lead to Minnetonka last week in a 28-17 loss.

With the Eagles showing signs of vulnerability for the first time since 2012 and the Orioles having the talent to pull off an upset, the game between Class 6A powers is our Top Game of the Week.
