Osakis bested Long Prairie-Grey Eagle 41 to 28 at Osakis High School in Osakis on Friday. Neither team managed to put points on the board in the first quarter. The defenses also ruled the second quarter with no one managing to score. Neither offense could find a way score in the 3rd quarter either. In the fourth quarter, the offenses finally got going when Osakis scored 41 points to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle's 28 and took the lead to claim the late win.

Rushing was key to Osakis's victory. Thorstad reached the end zone twice.

Long Prairie-Grey Eagle fell short on offense.

The Osakis defense contributed to the victory. They recovered one fumble, bringing one of them back for a TD.

Osakis now has a record of 2-1.
