 • Spring Lake Park 16, Benilde-St. Margaret's 0: It was all Panthers, all evening as Spring Lake Park cruised to a shutout victory over the Red Knights on Friday. Spring Lake dominated the line of scrimmage all game long, rushing for 256 yards (4.6 per carry) to BSM's 26 (1.2). BSM tried to compensate by going to the air, but the attack was sabotaged by two interceptions. Jacob Ojile had 4 1/2 sacks for Spring Lake Park. Eli Ejiya rushed 18 times for 92 yards and accounted for the game's lone touchdown.

Northwest Suburban

• Osseo 26, Maple Grove 20: Osseo upended cross-city rival Maple Grove, dealing the Crimson their first loss of the young season.

Suburban East

• Stillwater 28, White Bear Lake 19: Stillwater used a 21-point fourth quarter to upend conference rival White Bear Lake. The Ponies were propelled by three touchdown runs in the fourth quarter, with a 53-yard gallop by quarterback Nate Ricci sandwiched between a pair of Nick Anderson touchdown runs. Ricci opened the scoring by throwing a 14-yard toss to Joey Quinn.

Tri-Metro

• Concordia 20, Minnehaha Academy 17: The Beacons prevailed on the strength of a 14-point fourth quarter to win a nail-biter on the road. Baeza Tensaie accounted for two of Concordia's three second-half scores, scoring on runs of 2 and 10 yards respectively. Minnehaha jumped out to an early 10-point lead in the first half, as Alec Chamberlain scored from 4 yards out before kicker Alex Katz connected for a 29-yard field goal.

• New Life Academy 41, St. Paul Academy 14: New Life Academy's defense kept the Spartans off the board in the second half, while the offense kept piling on points. Matt Michaud ran in three scores.

Wright County

• Hutchinson 35, Glencoe-Silver Lake 13: Hutchinson cruised to its second big victory in as many weeks, moving to 2-0 by defeating conference foe Glencoe-Silver Lake. McKinley Anderson accounted for three of the touchdowns, each from 1 yard out, as Hutchinson took a 21-point lead into halftime and coasted from there.

Metropolitan area

• Eden Prairie 34, Rosemount 7: The Irish were no match for the top-seeded Eagles in nonconference action, as Eden Prairie cruised to its second consecutive victory of 25-plus points.

• Totino-Grace 15, Edina 12: The Eagles prevailed in a battle of unbeatens by scoring first and scoring last. Kai Barber plunged in from 1 yard out with 3:44 remaining as Totino-Grace improved to 2-0 on the young season.
