St. Paul Johnson secondary stops the pass for the win

Minneapolis, August 30, 2012, 5:00 PM

St. Paul Johnson defeated Minneapolis Patrick Henry H.S. 35 to 24 at Minneapolis Patrick Henry High School in Minneapolis on Thursday. St. Paul Johnson tallied up 14 points to take the lead in the first quarter. In the second quarter St. Paul Johnson outscored their opponents and held on to the lead. The first half closed with St. Paul Johnson ahead 28 to 6. In the third quarter Minneapolis Patrick Henry H.S. was able to outscored their opponents by 5, however St. Paul Johnson was able to keep its lead. Minneapolis Patrick Henry H.S. added 6 unanswered points in the fourth quarter but it was not enough to win the game.

St. Paul Johnson's offensive effort was enough for the win.

Minneapolis Patrick Henry H.S.'s offense didn't do very well.

This was the first game for both Minneapolis Patrick Henry H.S. and St. Paul Johnson.
