MN high school football: Check out the Minnesota High School Football All-Star Game on Saturday

U.S. Bank Stadium hosts the 51st annual game, with kickoff at 1 p.m.

The 51st annual Minnesota High School Football All-Star Game takes place Saturday, Dec. 14 at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The game features high school seniors from around the state and presented by the Minnesota Football Coaches Association (MFCA) and the Minnesota Vikings.

The 2024 All-Star Game is the 62nd overall and features the North All-Stars, under the direction of Centennial head coach Mike Diggins, vs. the South All-Stars, led by Chanhassen head coach Cullen Nelson.

Tickets can be purchased online. Adults are $18 and students are $8, with all proceeds supporting the MFCA's Tackle Cancer Campaign. In 2023, the MFCA reported it raised $568,479 for the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund. The organization's goal for 2024 is $600,000.

Nearly 5,000 players and 500 coaches have participated in the game, which was first held in 1945 and has been a yearly event since 1974. Minnesota Vikings fullback C.J. Ham (2011 All-Star) is one of the 105 All-Star Football Game players to have played or coached in the NFL.
