Minnetonka, powered by quarterback Caleb Francois, rolls against Wayzata in high school football

Caleb Francois rushed for three touchdowns for the second game in a row, propelling Minnetonka toward a victory over Wayzata.

Junior quarterback Caleb Francois ran for 134 yards and three touchdowns to lead host Minnetonka to a 28-14 victory over Wayzata on Friday in the annual battle for the Bay Bell Trophy.

It was the second straight three-touchdown game for Francois, who ran for more than 240 yards and three scores in the Skippers’ season-opening victory over White Bear Lake.
