And the winner is...MN Football Hub offensive Top Performer revealed

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Football Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top performer winner

David Collins, St. Michael-Albertville. The senior running back increased his team-leading rushing yards total with a solid showing in a 43-37 victory over Prior Lake. Collins rushed for 262 yards on 24 carries and scored three touchdowns, each for 49 yards or more. He added another touchdown on a 65-yard reception.

Top performer candidates

Connor Bushbaum, South Ridge. The senior took over the Panthers’ running game, accumulating 347 rushing yards in their 32-20 win at Cherry. Bushbaum averaged 16.5 yards per carry on 21 carries and scored four consecutive touchdowns — all for more than 50 yards — between the second and fourth quarters. After four games this season, Bushbaum has 1,035 rushing yards.

Noah Millhouse, Jordan. The junior quarterback produced a season-high 352 total yards as he led the Hubmen to a 55-0 rout of Belle Plaine. Millhouse went 16-for-21 with 309 passing yards and threw four touchdowns. He added two rushing touchdowns and finished with six carries for 43 yards.

Tyler Rademacher, Melrose. The Dutchmen earned their first win of the season behind Rademacher’s stellar performance. The 40-21 victory against Sauk Centre saw the quarterback tally three passing touchdowns and three rushing touchdowns. Rademacher had 10 completions for 120 yards and added 18 carries for 153 rushing yards.

Alex Schramm, Willmar. The Cardinals started the game against Hutchinson with kickoff return touchdown, but Willmar's offense for the rest of the night was on the the shoulders of the junior quarterback. Schramm had 63 passing yards but added even more on the ground, taking 31 carries for 186 yards and three touchdowns — the longest being a 38-yard score in the third quarter — as the Cardinals won 28-24.
