Aaron Ellingson, St. Louis Park. Ellingson had his most productive outing of the season, leading the Orioles’ offense with four touchdowns — three passing and one rushing — and 320 total yards in St. Louis Park's 40-24 loss to Chanhassen. The senior quarterback's first TD pass, a 62-yarder, tied the game midway through the second quarter. He also connected on an 80-yard bomb in the fourth quarter.

Colton Hackel, Perham. The sophomore quarterback continued his impressive season in a 60-44 defeat of East Grand Forks, accumulating 390 total yards and a season-high seven touchdowns. Hackel led the Yellowjackets to a 22-8 lead by halftime, throwing a TD pass in each of the first two quarters. He added two more touchdowns to pad the Yellowjackets’ lead in the third quarter — one a run for 56 yards — and finished with three additional TDs in the fourth quarter. He averaged 10 yards per carry on his 26 carries. Hackel is tied for seventh in the state with 929 rushing yards on the season.

Parker Johnson, New Prague. Johnson, a senior quarterback, led the Trojans to their first win in the last five games, throwing for 228 yards and three touchdowns in New Prague's 26-20 victory over No. 10-5A Rochester Century. Johnson's first touchdown came late in the first quarter to tie the game. With the Trojans again trailing late in the second quarter, he threw a 48-yard TD pass. Then, in the waning seconds of the fourth quarter, Johnson completed his final touchdown pass to put the Trojans ahead for good.

Jonathan Kieren, St. Anthony. Coming off their first loss of the season, the Huskies looked to get back on a winning track. They did just that, pounding St. Croix Lutheran 27-0 behind Kieren’s fifth game this season in which he ran for more than 200 yards. The senior running back had a season-high 30 carries, bulldozing a path for 256 yards. He scored all four of St. Anthony's touchdowns — including one off a 53-yard run in the third quarter. Kieren leads the state with 1,515 rushing yards and is tied for first with 19 TDs on the ground.

Easton Miller, Rogers. Miller led the Royals to a 40-7 blowout of St. Francis, throwing for 222 yards and a season-high three TDs. The quarterback recorded an additional 77 yards and a touchdown on the ground. The Royals have scored 40 or more points in three of their last four games.

Jaice Miller, Champlin Park. The senior quarterback completed 14 passes for 200 yards and two TDs in the Rebels’ 17-14 victory at No. 10-6A Rosemount. After a Rebels' first-quarter field goal, Miller threw a pair of second-quarter touchdown passes of 25 and 53 yards, respectively, to set up No. 7-6A Champlin Park's triumph.

Carter O’Reilly, Pine Island. O'Reilly, a senior quarterback, guided the Panthers to a 28-7 defeat of Triton. Of O’Reilly's 344 total yards, he threw for 285 yards and three touchdowns and added another on the ground. His first two touchdowns came less than two minutes apart during the second quarter, the first off a 59-yard run, and the other via a 55-yard pass. His third TD pass, a 44-yard strike, came early in the third quarter.

Sam Votava, East Grand Forks. Despite the Green Wave’s 60-44 loss to Perham, the junior quarterback put up impressive numbers. Votava completed 10 passes for 222 yards and four touchdowns — the furthest for 75 yards. He also had 15 carries for 86 yards and a rushing TD. In clutch moments, he punched in a pair of two-point conversion runs, and connected with one of his receivers for a third two-point conversion.

Connor Zulk, Centennial. While the Cougars’ defense had their best game of the season, allowing just one touchdown, Centennial's offense, guided by Zulk at quarterback, put up six touchdowns for the second time this season. The senior threw for 124 yards, and recorded 126 rushing yards on 16 carries, with four TD runs. After Blaine got on the scoreboard first, the Cougars tallied 41 unanswered points to secure the 41-7 rout.
