Holy Angels at Columbia Heights

A slumping Columbia Heights team has a tough task of getting back into the win column this week as the Hylanders host Holy Angels in a Tri-Metro Conference game Friday.

Columbia Heights (3-2, 2-2) opened the season with three consecutive blowout victories the Hylanders have dropped games to St. Croix Lutheran and Fridley the past two weeks.

The Stars (5-0, 2-0), No. 3-4A, took a different route to their current record, earning victories in close games to open the season before recording three consecutive blowout victories.

Junior running back Danny Hoffman led the Stars in last week's victory, rushing for 94 yards and three touchdowns. 

Senior running back D'Aireus Mock ran for 177 yards and two touchdowns for the Hylanders in a loss last week.
