St. Paul, MN – April 18, 2017 – Minnesota Hockey, in conjunction with CCM and the Minnesota Hockey Coaches Association (MHCA), will continue the 2017 CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance season with four major events this weekend. The eighth annual Boys’ and Girls’ CCM High School National Invitational Tournaments (NIT), the Boys’ and Girls’ CCM High Performance Final 54, the Boys’ and Girls’ CCM High Performance 15 Festival and the Boys’ and Girls’ CCM High Performance 14 Festivals will all take place this weekend.

“We’re excited for another full weekend of spectacular hockey, bringing together our best hockey talent in Minnesota,” said Mike MacMillan, Minnesota Hockey High Performance Director. “All the players participating in this weekend’s events will benefit from great competition while being evaluated by some of the top scouts and coaches from the NHL, college and junior leagues.”

The Girls’ NIT, Final 54 and HP 15 events will be held at Braemar Arena in Edina, while the corresponding Boys’ events will be held at Plymouth Ice Center in Plymouth. The Boys’ and Girls’ HP 14 events will occur at the Heritage Sports Center (Girls) and Mars Lakeview Arena (Boys) in Duluth.
