The Minnesota Football Coaches Association (MFCA) announced Monday the 10 finalists for the 2016 Mr. Football award.
The award, first given in 2004, is given to a senior who's coach is a member of the MFCA, does not have any MSHSL violations and was nominated by a MFCA representative.
The finalists are:

Mitchell Fulton, RB/S, Wabasso
Sam Gibas, RB/LB, Elk River
Noah Gindorff, QB/LB/K, Crosby-Ironton
Zach Ojile, QB/DB/P, Spring Lake Park
Jaran Roste, QB, Alexandria
Jacob Stanislawski, OL//DL, Winona
Wade Sullivan, RB, Lakeville North
Tanner Tiege, RB/K, Big Lake
The winner will be announced Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Mr. Football banquet at the Doubletree by Hilton Park Place Hotel in Minneapolis.
Eden Prairie's J.D. Spielman won the award in 2015.
