Offensive Player of the Week Candidates:

Brady Madsen, MACCRAY WR, junior: Madsen caught seven passes for 148 yards and three touchdowns and ran the ball six times for 51 yards in a 35-30 loss to Hillcrest Lutheran. The junior finished the regular season with 58 receptions for 711 yards. 

Garrett Hennen, Minneota RB, senior: Hennen racked up 244 yards and three touchdowns on the ground as Minneota totalled 439 rushing yards in a 48-12 win over Lakeview. Hennen led the Vikings with 1279 rushing yards and 18 TDs on their way to an unblemished regular season record. 

Tosten Mann, Fergus Falls WR, senior: Mann turned all three of his receptions into touchdowns to lead the Otters to a 43-8 victory over Perham. He had 121 receiving yards in the win and finished with 521 and 11 touchdowns in the regular season. 

Alexander Strazzanti, Chaska QB, junior: Strazzanti had a hand in all five Chaska touchdowns, scoring four times on the ground and throwing for the fifth in a 35-18 win over Bloomington Jefferson. The junior QB finished with a near-perfect 156.2 passer rating in the win. 

Prince Kruah, Osseo RB, senior: Much like his team, Kruah managed to finish a somewhat disappointing regular season on a high note. He had 32 carries for 236 yards and three touchdowns in a 45-14 win over Blaine. The Orioles will face White Bear Lake in the opening round of the Class 6A tournament on Friday. 

Felipe Ramirez, Faribault RB, junior (winner): Ramirez willed Faribault to their first victory of the season as he carried the ball 42 times for 333 yards and six touchdowns in a 56-41 win over Austin in week 8. The 333-yard outburst topped Ramirez's previous season-high by 216 yards. 

Reese Jansen, Eden Valley-Watkins QB, junior: Jansen went 22-for-30 passing for 295 yards and five touchdowns and added eight carries for 62 yards and a TD in a 46-29 win over Maple Lake. He threw for 1728 yards and 25 touchdowns in eight regular season games. 

Grant Thompson, Paynesville QB, senior: Thompson rushed for 242 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries and threw for a touchdown in a 48-24 win over Melrose. The senior QB averaged 159.6 rushing yards per game during the regular season. 

Isley Carrington, Spring Lake Park RB, senior: The one-two rushing punch of Carrington and QB Zach Ojile carried Spring Lake Park to a 49-28 win over Robbinsdale Cooper and a perfect 8-0 regular season record. Carrington had 24 carries for 266 yards and three TDs in week 8 and finished the season with 1224 rushing yards. 

Nathan Lee, Houston RB, senior: Lee's four receptions resulted in 202 yards and four touchdowns in a 40-20 win over Lanesboro. He also carried the ball nine times for 52 yards and a touchdown.
