Winning by a large margin, Caledonia prevailed over Southland 38 to 6 at Adams Athletic Complex in Adams on Friday. Caledonia chalked up 10 unanswered points to jump in to the lead in the first quarter. Caledonia gained 7 points in the second quarter and held on to its lead. The half ended with Caledonia on top 17 to 0. In the third quarter Caledonia outscored Southland 14 to 6 and added to their advantage. Caledonia scored 7 unanswered points in the fourth quarter adding to their overall lead and winning the game.

Southland suffered their first loss and finished the game with a record of 2-1.
