In a tightly contested game, Spring Grove got the better of Grand Meadow 22 to 20 at Spring Grove Football Field in Spring Grove on Friday. Grand Meadow scored 6 points to take the lead in the first quarter. In the second quarter Spring Grove outscored their opponents but didn't catch up to Grand Meadow. Halftime saw Grand Meadow up 13 to 9, but there was a lot more game to be played. Spring Grove took the lead in the third quarter with 7 points. In the final quarter Grand Meadow outscored their opponents however Spring Grove kept its lead, and won the game.

Spring Grove added to their current win streak of four games and now has a perfect record of 5-0. Grand Meadow suffered their first loss and ended the game with a record of 3-1.
