NORTHWEST SUBURBAN
• CENTENNIAL 20, ANDOVER 14: A back-and-forth game between two Northwest Suburban foes culminated in an overtime struggle in which the Cougars’ defense proved the difference. Andover had the ball first in overtime, but the Huskies were forced to attempt a field goal. Centennial’s Zach Glocke blocked the kick, giving his team momentum. A 3-yard TD pass from Evan Ostergren to Ben LaMere sealed the victory for the Cougars, who improved to 5-2.

• COON RAPIDS 47, PARK CENTER 0: The Coon Rapids defense held Park Center to 56 total yards in the victory. Coon Rapids’ Pierre Roddy scored one rushing touchdown and caught two touchdown passes, and Coon Rapids had 234 yards rushing.

MISSOTA
• CHANHASSEN 22, NEW PRAGUE 8: Senior Maverick Edmunds played a major role in Chanhassen’s victory. He had 107 yards rushing, 101/2 tackles, and forced two fumbles inside the 20-yard line for the Storm, which trailed 8-7 going into the fourth quarter before rallying for the victory over New Prague.

• HOLY ANGELS 25, NORTHFIELD 7: Junior quarterback Sam Keis led the Stars with 14 carries for 135 yards and three touchdowns out of the Holy Angels veer offense. Keis also passed for 164 yards and one touchdown, while receiver Will Pagel hauled in six catches for 117 yards in the victory over Northfield.

LAKE
• EDEN PRAIRIE 35, EDINA 7: The Hornets got a taste of one of the metro area’s best running backs Friday, and it wasn’t pleasant. Eden Prairie’s Andrew Larson had 127 yards and two touchdowns on just 10 carries, carrying the No. 1-ranked Eagles to the victory. Ryan Gunderson added two interceptions for a combined 81 return yards, including a 46-yard touchdown.

MISSISSIPPI 8
• CAMBRIDGE-ISANTI 34, BECKER 6: Cambridge-Isanti’s Trent Chromy had 230 yards rushing and three touchdowns as his offensive linemen carved out huge holes in a convincing victory. Five Becker turnovers also contributed to the lopsided final score.

• ST. MICHAEL-ALBERTVILLE 14, MONTICELLO 10: Junior quarterback Cole Krutzig’s second touchdown of the game — with 11 minutes, 50 seconds remaining — lifted St. Michael-Albertville to the home victory. The game-winning drive was set up by a blocked punt that gave the Knights the ball at the Monticello 27-yard line. Krutzig scored on runs of 23 and 8 yards.

SUBURBAN EAST
• STILLWATER 28, ROSEVILLE 25: Junior quarterback Nate Ricci rushed for 126 yards and one score and passed for another as the Ponies prevailed over the Raiders. Roseville trailed 28-10 late in the fourth quarter before scoring twice to throw a scare into Stillwater.

MINNESOTA
• ALEXANDRIA 16, BUFFALO 14: Alexandria jumped out to a quick lead against Buffalo, but the Bison rallied in front of their home crowd to take a one-point lead. Buffalo held that advantage well into the fourth quarter, but a 24-yard field goal as time expired gave Alexandria the victory.

• HOLY FAMILY 21, WASECA 20, OT: Senior Michael Roane did a little bit of everything for Holy Family, and the Fire needed all of it to pull out a victory. Roane ran for the tying touchdown in overtime after Waseca scored first (but failed on its two-point conversion attempt), then added the clinching extra point for the victory. Earlier in the game, Roane had two of Holy Family’s three blocked punts.
