This week, all South Suburban bragging rights are on the line, as undefeated Lakeville South travels to undefeated Lakeville North.
The game also will showcase two of the most talented quarterbacks in the state.
Cougars standout, and University of Minnesota recruit, Mitch Leidner has thrown for 919 yards, 11 touchdowns and just three interceptions on the season. Meanwhile, his counterpart, Panthers' senior Trey Heid, has amassed 1,069 yards and six touchdowns.
In the Lake Conference, Minnetonka will have to bounce back after a tough Week 5 loss to Wayzata to face No. 1 Eden Prairie on the road. A win for the Skippers would send shock waves through the Metro Rankings.
