Maple Grove at Lakeville North
7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 6

Maple Grove's schedule doesn't lighten this week when it travels to No. 5-6A Lakeville North in non-subdistrict action.

The Crimson (3-2, 0-2) are amid a five-week stretch in which they play four ranked teams. No. 6-6A Maple Grove lost to No. 2-6A Minnetonka 28-21 in Week 3 and stumbled against No. 1-6A Eden Prairie 28-7 last week. Junior running back Evan Hull has rushed for 100 yards every game this season, totaling 864 yards and seven touchdowns.

Lakeville North (4-1, 3-0) hasn't been shy about passing on offense this season, with junior quarterback Brennan Kuebler throwing for 422 yards and seven touchdowns. Sophomore wide receiver RaJa Nelson has 23 receptions for 235 yards and five TDs.

The No. 5-6A Panthers have won three straight since recording their lone loss of the season -- a 41-13 defeat to No. 1-6A Eden Prairie
