The move to Class 6A this season hasn't stopped St. Michael-Albertville. The Knights (2-0, 1-0) defeated fourth-ranked Blaine 40-20 in Week 2 and face another ranked opponent in No. 7-6A Champlin Park (2-0, 1-0) on Friday.

Senior running back Mitchell Kartes, who has committed to North Dakota State, leads St. Michael-Albertville's offense with 260 yards and five touchdowns on the ground. Junior running back Desean Phillips, has added 220 rushing yards and five touchdowns.

The Rebels cruised to wins in their first two games, averaging 38 points per game while allowing just 13. Senior running back Ernest Worjloh has a team-best 283 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
