East Ridge vs. Woodbury
7:15 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 22

East Ridge begins the week in a three-way tie with Roseville and White Bear Lake for first place in the Suburban East Conference standings. The Raiders and Bears square off in the regular-season finale, but the No. 10-4A Raptors (18-6, 10-4) can assure themselves at least part of the league title with wins in their final to regular-season games, including Wednesday at Woodbury.

East Ridge defeated Roseville (65-61) and White Bear Lake (47-40) in back-to-back games earlier in February, but fell to Park of Cottage Grove 43-41 on Feb. 17. Mariah Sexe had 12 points in the loss.

Noelle Tomes is averaging 17 points per game after posting 27 against Roseville and 23 against White Bear Lake.

Woodbury (13-11, 8-6) has proven capable of pulling upsets, having defeated No. 6-4A Apple Valley and Roseville earlier in the season. However, the Royals are on a two-game skid following losses to Stillwater (72-59) and No. 1-4A Hopkins (73-27) last week.

Cecile Kieger leads the Royals with 16.4 ppg and Rachel Hakes is averaging 14.8 ppg.
