Spring Lake Park at Robbinsdale Cooper
7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 19

Spring Lake Park survived in overtime to defeat Benilde-St. Margaret's 19-13 last week to improve to 13-0 in Suburban District Red Division play since the format was adopted two years ago.

The victory also helped ensure Wednesday's game with Robbinsdale Cooper would be for the league title.

The No. 3-5A Panthers (7-0, 6-0) have defeated the Hawks in nine consecutive matchups, including a 48-37 victory last year.

For No. 6-5A Cooper (7-0, 6-0) to end the streak, its defense must continue playing well. The Hawks have allowed seven points or less in five of the last six games, but face one of the league's top scoring threats in Zachary Ojile.

The senior quarterback leads Spring Lake Park with 996 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns this season.
