St. Francis at Rogers
7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 30

Elk River's upset of St. Michael-Albertville last week has shaken up the North Central District Blue Division heading into the second half of the season. It opens the door for St. Francis and Rogers, which have one loss each, to make a run at the division title.

Rogers rebounded from its first loss by dominating Buffalo 36-0 last week. The No. 9-5A Royals have shown balance on both sides of the ball this season, scoring 30.3 points per game while conceding just 11.

The Rogers defense is sure to see a healthy dose of St. Francis running back Tommy Schweiger, the junior workhorse who has tallied 529 yards and seven touchdowns this season.
