Elk River at Totino-Grace
5 p.m., Friday, Oct. 3

Elk River boasts an efficient offensive attack led by its ground game and is the reason the Elks have scored 241 points this season. Elk River's rushers have gained 2,543 yards and have been so effective at keeping the chains moving that the Elks have punted only six times.

Elk River senior running back Zach Ernst has carried most of the load, gaining 1,028 yards and scoring 13 touchdowns on just 78 rushing attempts. Junior quarterback Trent Pink has thrown the ball only 14 times but has 48 carries for 460 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Kez Flomo leads Totino-Grace's offense. The bruising senior running back was averaging nearly 200 rushing yards per game before Maple Grove slowed him down. Flomo finished with 63 rushing yards against the Crimson.

The Eagles beat the Elks 28-14 last year.
