Plainview-Elgin-Millville (3-0) recovered in a big way last week when the Bulldogs, No. 5-3A, scored 23 unanswered points to edge Lake City 35-28. They almost certainly will not be able to dig themselves out of a hole like that when they host Stewartville's powerful offense on Friday. The Tigers (3-0) accumulated 585 total yards last week in their third consecutive blowout victory of the season. Stewartville, ranked No. 7 in 4A, has not scored fewer than 55 points in a game this season.

Shane Curtis led Stewartville's rushers with 108 yards and three touchdowns in Week 3 while quarterback Aaron Quandt finished 10-for-15 with 190 yards and a touchdown. Plainview-Elgin-Millville's Bryce Heim led the ground game in Week 3 with 106 yards.
